Do you service my area for on-site help?
I cover Red Lion, PA and surrounding areas including Shrewsbury, Glen Rock, and Stewartstown for on-site visits, and I offer remote support for many computer and software issues no matter where you are. Not sure? Give me a call or send a message — I'm happy to confirm.
How does pricing work?
Every job starts with a free assessment, then a flat quote you approve before any work begins — no hourly meter and no surprises. For most diagnostics-only or non-standard fixes I bill hourly, and that's spelled out in the service agreement.
Do I have to buy the equipment (cameras, NAS, etc.)?
Yes — you own all hardware. I'll recommend exactly the right gear for your needs and budget, and I can purchase it on your behalf at cost or give you a simple shopping list.
Can you help over the phone or remotely?
Often, yes. Many computer, software, network, and printer issues can be solved with remote support — quick and convenient. Anything physical (cameras, wiring, hardware) is done on-site.
